By accessing or using the GeoBubble mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is subject to these legally binding terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and other relevant policies by reference.
GeoBubble is a location-based mobile platform that enables users to join “Bubbles” – geofenced areas created by businesses or venues – in order to access on-site digital services. Within a Bubble, the App provides features such as: real-time multilingual chat and messaging, automatic check-in/check-out based on your location, access to service requests (e.g. lodging amenities, laundry, translation assistance, safety instructions), annotated maps and indoor navigation, real-time notifications and alerts from the venue, and location-based offers or promotions from businesses. These features are delivered through the App when you are physically present in the Bubble’s location. All content and functionalities (such as maps, chat tools, and translation services) are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as part of the GeoBubble service.
To use GeoBubble, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. You may not share or transfer your account to others. By creating an account and using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
GeoBubble requires access to your device’s location only while the App is in active use. The App uses your GPS or network location to provide core functionality (such as auto check-in/check-out, map navigation, and location-based offers). By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your geolocation data as described in our Privacy Policy. You must enable location services for the App to function correctly. We do not track your location when the App is closed or not in active use. All location data collected is used solely to deliver the in-Bubble services and features of the App.
Some GeoBubble features (such as requesting laundry service, booking, or other paid services within a Bubble) may require payment. All payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe or similar services). When you provide payment information through the App, you authorize these processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. By submitting payments through the App, you agree to abide by the payment processor’s terms of service and privacy policy. GeoBubble does not store your full payment card details on our servers. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for such services; any billing disputes or payment failures must be resolved between you and the payment processor or your issuing bank. Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.
The App enables you to post or submit content (including chat messages, comments, images, or other materials) within Bubbles (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you create or upload. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to post your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. By posting User Content, you grant GeoBubble a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in order to provide and improve the App. Community Conduct: You agree not to post or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to) hate speech, child exploitation, illegal activities, viruses, or any content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy or other rights of any person or entity. You may not use the App to impersonate others, distribute spam or unsolicited messages, or engage in any malicious or unauthorized activities. GeoBubble does not endorse any User Content, and you understand that any reliance on the content of other users is at your own risk.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove any User Content that, in our discretion, violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may refuse, delete, or modify any content that we deem inappropriate. If we remove or suspend content or accounts, we will notify you if possible. However, GeoBubble is not responsible for any User Content or the behavior of other users. You agree to notify us if you become aware of any content that you believe violates these Terms.
GeoBubble’s collection and use of your personal data (including location information, account data, payment information, and User Content) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide the services (e.g. location coordinates to enable geofenced features, chat content you submit, and information you provide for requests or payments). We use this data to operate, improve, and personalize the App experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, though we may share data with service providers who assist in delivering the App (such as analytics or cloud providers), as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy and contact us for information on exercising your rights.
The App may include links or integrations to third-party websites, apps, or services (for example, maps, translation services, or venue loyalty programs) and businesses that create Bubbles. Any content, products, or services offered by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Disclaimer: GeoBubble is a digital platform and does not own, control, or endorse any third-party business or venue. We are not responsible or liable for the actions, pricing, products, or services of any third-party in a Bubble. Any offers, promotions, or location-based incentives you receive from a business are provided by that business and not by GeoBubble. You release GeoBubble from all liability related to third-party offerings and agree to resolve any issues directly with the third party.
All rights in the App and its contents (including software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by or licensed to GeoBubble. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any content, design elements, and software associated with the App are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any GeoBubble content without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device solely for the purposes described in these Terms. Any content you post (your User Content) remains yours, but GeoBubble reserves the rights and license described above.
GeoBubble reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon suspension or termination, you must stop using the App immediately. We may delete or restrict your account and User Content without liability. In such events, any fees you have paid may not be refunded (except as required by law). The provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (such as disclaimers, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect even after your account is terminated.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date or through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the App.
No Warranties. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. GeoBubble makes no warranties or guarantees about the App’s availability, performance, reliability, or accuracy. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoBubble (and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for data loss, loss of profits, personal injury, or other intangible losses. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the App is at your own risk.
These Terms and your use of the App will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your place of residence. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid under local law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
